ConnectAR is a Hong Kong company and a member company of Cyberport. We use AI, augmented reality (AR) and computer vision to connect physical learning materials, creative work and places with digital interactions. Our products support education, cultural exploration and brand activities.
StoryTellAR for interactive learning
StoryTellAR lets teachers and students add audio, video and interactive quizzes to books and learning materials. Through DIY-AR, students can also create digital content for books, murals and artworks, sharing their stories and explaining their creative ideas through reading, art and cross-curricular activities.
StoryTellAR Go for location based exploration
StoryTellAR Go combines AR, phone location and route-based tasks for treasure hunts and exploration. Students and professionals alike can help design activities. Participants explore locations across a campus, cultural venue or other event setting, complete tasks and share what they discover.
AI Fashion Designer: from sketches to AR fashion
AI Fashion Designer (formerly AR Fashion Designer) lets students draw and colour on paper, then scan their work with a phone or tablet to view their designs as 3D garments in AR. Version 2.0 adds generative AI to support freehand drawings beyond predefined outlines. Activities can explore qipao, traditional Chinese dress and other design themes, connecting art, Chinese culture and hands-on AI experiences.
SnapPop for brands and events
SnapPop connects printed marketing materials with multimedia experiences. Participants scan an image with their phones to open an AR game or product presentation, for use in brand campaigns, retail and events.
